Interesting run on Cock Hill, Glossop last night with the club. A startled/dazzled grouse flew straight at me and gave me a smack across the chops!
I went out for a run with GlossopDale a couple of months ago, fantastic run, really enjoyed it. The fast group really pushed me to the limit. Only downside was I struggled with an I.T band injury for a couple of months afterwards.Quote:

Splendid night in Airedale with 14 club-mates including Stef, millipede, K1M plus Auntie Sally and his dog Gaz. Jupiter looked very close to the moon and I claimed the best Uranus joke of the evening :thumbup:
