Afternoon........wow where did the morning go........:eek::confused:

Well all the high schools are here for a 'taster day' so the place is Mobbed!
Had to fight my way through to get my measly small portion of lunch....asked for extra but the dinner lady wouldn't give me any!!!:mad:

Daz..........everything packed nearly except my teddy bear!! :D

I wasn't running so it wasn't as good as it could've been but still great fun all the same. My newly found torture is cycling up High Hill Lane out of the back of Settle - bottom gear, standing on the peddles, mega thigh burn with much gripping of handlebars and gasping for oxygen - then going totally off road on rubble, mud and grass over the tops to Malham and back.

I love running around Gordale.

Evening Merry, Yes all okay here although had a two hour stint at hospital tonight just making sure all is okay with Tracey. She has been having bad cramp hopefully its sorted now.

Been a hectic day at work and still sat working now. Hope all is okay with you.
