Ta, only 14 seconds off a PB for this distance and the best part of a minute faster than the Capenhurst 10K last week. So quite pleased with the improvement.:)

Nice one Merry, pleasing result is 4th, the Italians can't even manage a 4th and they are world champs

Pinno, nice one on the time, knocking a minute off in a week is awesome

Ah the weekend doesn't have long left....have 100 mins to make the most of it somehow

I have entered on the night in previous years im not sure about big but it does get a decent turnout. It got 243 finishers last year

Freckleton was a great course, but never been in a race as windy as that before http://www.ukresults.net/2008/freckle.html
18th so quite pleased even if a few minutes outside my best. Good sports bag given at the end of it too. Ron Hill was given a pair of stepladders when he won it some years back

Yeah there are a few hills in you should do ok just dont go off leading it like I did 2 years ago

Well done Harrymoon know the feeling over running in the wind today. A top result for you is that also a PB? can't be far off if not?

I did 1.20.42 there in 1995 which would have been 11th today. I'm pretty sure I wasn't 11th then!:rolleyes:
