I have brought out of hiding my remaining bottle of homebrew cider that has been maturing for 3 months and escaped the recent 'mad wife' episode. Have promised to only have a couple of glasses and after a few mouthfulls the taste has improved with just 3 short months of being in the bottle. You could actually savour it now and appreciate it as a 'proper' cider!
Better get a few gallons on the go for winter (going to use brown sugar to lower the alcohol content).
What is Mad Wife episode? or is it the name you have called it?
Keep it away from Al!!!

Somthing to do with the demise of my last batches and maturing product. It's a longish and sad tale. Wife's still here, many litres of lovingly brewed cider are not
