I think that though I would add women and all other species after the men bit. Amex is harmless but apparently looks like he has eaten several chunky men. I think any panties he may or may not wear will have been stitched together out off a couple of pairs of lace curtains:D

Thank you Sophie, i was getting i little cautious, now i know other ladies are going i am more inclined to join in, i read that the standard required is not to high, i have only done a little on road up to about 6 miles and a bit of well forest tracks, so i hope i can keep up

Though I do like my own company I tend to be surrounded by forumite's in the flesh at the various races, training runs etc. Its hard to escape them. To get away perhaps I should join you in the sad lands of the south.
