Lovely headtorch run with club this evening. Ace navigation from millipede, Antisocial in relatively good humour, Taylors Landlord on form and sausages, Yorkshire puddings and lashings of gravy! :) :) :)

We went up goredale scar and down the steps at malham cove!!!!

Waited til 8.15 before getting out hoping that the wind would ease - had done very slightly since 5.30 - anyway 4.75 miles all on road.
Another Thursday epic session on the track, hurdle drills followed by
1k (400m jog recovery)
12 x 70 seconds (40 seconds jog recovery / remainder of 400m)
400m jog recovery
12 x 30 seconds (30 seconds jog recovery / remainder of 200m)
Ran to and from session total miles = 13.1
The blowiest it's been for some 6 months.... 1 hr on hilly roads last night inc 2 x ~500ft climbs. At times reduced to simply trying to stand up (never mind running!:() in the face of screaming wind 'n' rain.
Makes you feel alive though and the cup o' tea + sit down afterwards is worth it. :p
