Daz's dog??
Decided to ride to spin tonight. Rain rain rain. I did 3 sessions and pedalled inbetween. Biked home as well.Fitted a new rear light that i purchased from evans. Twenty quid and it packed up in 15 mins. Useless. Wasnt happy having to borrow a rear light to get home. Its a smart light.I opened it and its all wet inside. Doesnt even seal. Crock of crap
ran to spin and back, but just a 40-min session of reasonable gentle intervals, or rather intervals that I could have hammered but chose not to - trying to stay fresh for tomorrow a.m.'s chaingang...
Good look on the chaingang Zoot
Dont forget the old cupping your hand and hooking your fingers under the riders saddle to pull you along a bit. Not easy to master but def a good trick.
If they catch you doing it just say you was about to push them forward as they were drifting a bit too close:thumbup:.
You can also offer your fellow chaingang members a drink of the freshly prepared apple juice in your bidon..
As they are about to take a drink put a sprint in and your away.
Be prepared to get the bidon thrown at you after.
They will suddenly realise why you stopped 12miles back for a break.
Good riding.
cheers mate
on the last chaingang I got an (almost full) bidon out, just before hitting the worst pothole in Surrey: it flew out of my hand and nearly caught the rider behind right in the face
I was thirsty by the time I got home.
on a more sedate note - off to check out the tissington trail today :)
and another day without riding goes by... I am only riding once a week at the moment it seems, to test the ribs :(
A little beauty today.

26 mile 2300' and a lovely afternoon. What more can a bloke wish for?
Well one or two things spring to mind but that does sound pretty good.
