Well meant to be doing my first fell race since borrowdale (I think) on sat but its going to be slow and painfull and hip still sore from trying to bounce on it. Going to try a run tonight see how it is as the sun appears to be shining at the moment.:eek:
Beyond that I will mainly be lying in bed :D

Quite a nice morning here today.
A ton of paperwork to sort and some planning for September to do then its holiday time.
The last 3 weeks have gone quick without students in.
Didn't Em mention something about YOU coming on here and reminding us your going to be on hols for the rest of the year :mad:;)
Well its miserable in Crewe (thou that probably not just the weather) so you can expect it to be moving northward soonish :D
