Gareth Southgate and the English FA like to pick and choose who they wish to complain about for racist behaviour. The Balkan state of Montenegro is an easy target, and whether we like it or not, they are not very fond of black people. Who are we to tell them who they should or should not like.
This season Spurs fans have racially abused Aubamieyang at the Emirates Stadium and Chelsea fans have racially abused poor little Raheem Sterling at Stamford Bridge but I have not heard calls from Mr Southgate or the FA for those clubs to be banned or to play matches with no fans present.
Before lecturing other countries what to do they should sort their own backyard out first.

Fair point Llani. But you have to call it out whenever it occurs. I dont think you can say that efforts are not being made to stamp this out in domestic competition. There is no reason not to call it out in international competition irrespective of what happens on home shores.

Just heard John Barnes talking about racism in football. The most sensible view so far.

Good win for Scousers
City poor at spurs

Kane’s injury might or might not have a big say in the run in for Spurs

Last weekend in the Parma game, a penalty was awarded in the 4th minute of injury time. Then followed 9 minutes of VAR arguing/analysis.
The winning penalty was eventually scored in the 103rd minute.
Shambles...
The new handball 'guidance' are a shambles...
The constant media love-in of Liverpool (despite the feelings of the vast majority of football fans elsewhere) is a shambles...
The media love-in of Spurs new ground is a shambles...
Whole game is new a farce and a glorified soap-opera.
