Heaton Park Run 5k

***** There isn't a park run in Heaton Park this weekend (July the 10th.) Race for life have got the park this weekend

Anyone know what a 5KNAD is?

The parkrun in Birmingham is in Power of 10 not as a 5K, but a 5KNAD??

Thanks for that, I couldn't find it when I looked. The Cannon Hill parkrun is spot on 5K according to my trusty watch.
