Don,t be so sure I've got to ice my knee all night as it seems to have swelled up:eek: and I,m well known for going completely the wrong way!!! I even went wrong on an up and down the same way race when i started a couple of years ago!!!

130 are now running although there are two 127s (are they going to run together like the two 118s do?)
