my ankle is goosed too - has been for 2 years in feb then I really really hurt it a coupls of months ago so run with it taped up - physio showed me how to properly do it - was more a botch job proir.....anyway - can't run without it but it's helped lots and lots.Quote:

The one I have torn is the anterior talo-fibular ligament... it sits on the outside of the ankle at the top and attaches the front of the foot to the fibula... I think that is the one I have done in anyway, but without an MRI, I won't know for sure...Quote:
