Not getting lost at least once is about as likely for me as missing out on the stollen or dripping butties :closed:
I'm in - but will need to add a few miles at the end so I can count it as an ultra.
Oh dear, oh dear oh dear...
I've said it before and I'll say it again: so many events, sol ittle time.
It's happening all the time now. I've already entered the Helsby half marathon for the day after. Do I do a sensible lead up and go for a half marathon pb? Or do I do The Hebden?
Or do I (and I don't know why I'm asking cos I already know the answer) run The Hebden hard and hang on for the half marathon as a good hard training weekend towards the Haworth Hobble?
Yes! As you say, you already know the answer. Come over to my neck of the woods and have a good crack at the Hebden.
You could always do the half Hebden and save some for your half marathon........just a thought.
I'm running the Hebden & marshalling the 4 Villages (Helsby Half) the next day. Better that than the other way round! Those roads play havoc with my Mudclaws.
See you there Mark ( you know you want those Clif bars!)
Peh! half marathon... if I really hope to get 52@52 I'll have to do 2 some weekends- man up!
Love it Karen :D, yeah Mark L, man up!!! <runsawayveryqickly> haha!!!
