Yeah did another 10k yesterday and it actually didn't hurt! So some improvement showing now, and I've been brave and entered the Yorkshireman offroad half marathon in Sep.
Still looking for hotels...so many to choose from!

No not long now.:) We are also in the process of looking for another house so its all go really. Only looking at moving about a mile or two from our current location so we have decided to have new windows fitted hopefully at the end of this week?
