A 5 mile BOFRA at Gargrave a week a Wednesday evening i think Pinno.
Just back from a weekend supporting a BG
Yet another todays thread:confused:
does anyone come up with owt new:(
'Ow about 'Todays Moan'.....go on then, its all yours Dazza!
A tad.....A TAD!! Bloomin 'eck, touchy don't do it justice. I mean everyone since the soddin' Romans have thought they have the right to lord it over those to the West of the Severn and now it's even worse with the likes of 'Orrible Annie and AA Gill wading in.
Truth is, yer all jealous. Yeah, we got all the good lookin' sheep.....and they're 'loose'!;)
And you allowed us to build two bridges into your back yard so when can come and pinch your lovely welsh women as well.
Theres something about working away in Wales in Ammanford years ago and chatting up a local Bronwyn and listening to her warbling on about how Welsh men are no good. HaHa, such a romantic accent they have.
Eh Dar why carnt more of yu come ovr and work here down in tha valleyz. These local boyz ar not romantic enof.;)
Pity it s always raining though Wheeze:D

Anyone got any nice plans for the day?
I am spending the morning backing up my work off the computers with with a few tunes playing. Was going to go for a run but will go later on this afternoon.

work, house hunting, work, ride home, relax
Morning all. Still in my jim jams
Looking on net for somewhere for me n hubby to go away for a few days...maybe Cotswolds. Anyone know anywhere nice?
I'm not bad thanks Pinno. Got a week off work, yipee. How's you?
Got a nice quiet day here.
Tracey has just popped to M&S shopping and Harry is in Nursery so have the house to myself. Just counting down the days to our new arrival its just the wating game now.
I see you foot is coming along well. I am getting plenty of running in whilst I can.
Did you find anywhere to go for short break?
Yeah did another 10k yesterday and it actually didn't hurt! So some improvement showing now, and I've been brave and entered the Yorkshireman offroad half marathon in Sep.
Still looking for hotels...so many to choose from!
Not long now till the new arrival then! ;)
No not long now.:) We are also in the process of looking for another house so its all go really. Only looking at moving about a mile or two from our current location so we have decided to have new windows fitted hopefully at the end of this week? Not the best timing but it shouldn't be a messy job.
Good to see you have a race planned for Sept.
Have you been to Castleton in the Peak District?? That's nice there....lots of walks to go on, caves to explore, castle to climb too.....NICE pubs! We stayed in a hotle there that had a huge jacuzzi pool thing in the ensuite ;)
mind you that was a while ago!
Hi Pinno.....How's Tracy doing? Is she well...fed up now I expect?
Stooopidly expensive dazza  I can't remember how much.
Yeh DanAzz I coudln't run for 2 months after last years one, but that was don't to my feet and my orthotics seem to have fixed that problem :)
Yes Castleton & area is really nice MG, I was there a couple of weeks ago :)
Actually, I'm saying it's an improvement for my foot, but god it was hard...I seem to be 5 minutes slower than my previous time. Hope it feels easier soon. (was drinking wine all weekend which may have something to do with it as well!! )
Ooh will have a look at Castleton ...never been to the Peak District.
