The half trog starts at 10am followed by the full trog at 10.10.

Thanks for the offer but I've just been reminded that my better half has a night out planned for us on Friday night.
So it's a drive to Long Mynd Valleys or a long trot round Kinder on Sunday for me.

Crickey, I went round it on Monday there is no let up with all them tussocks. Proper fell race!!
