A nice 10 mile run early this morning as well before the sun came up.
Get some pics up daz! I've just done 6 miles over the fields. It's almost like training!!! :eek: Was thinking about a spin on the bike later.
Any more of this and I might have to think about racing again! (Last weekend doesn't count!)

No I won't worry pinno, it's an incentive to get my arse into gear and do some more running :D I had a busy/traumatic 3 or 4 weeks in the run up to the marathon so my training was thrown off a little bit anyway (that's my excuse and I am sticking to it :p )
