Almost 3.5 hours of hilly riding in the Monmouthshire hills! God, it is beautiful out here! Mild, sunny, splendid views and an amazing encounter with a lovely lady who gave me tea and cake :D
Was hard work though, I am so unfit :(
another 95km out to Kent again yesterday morning with DP
think I might've found my cycling club!
