9.30am - very easy 30mins to recover from a tough weekends training
Also have a weights session at 6.30pm and will obv warm up and cool down for that, which will add to the mileage.

The "usual" this afternoon - 3 hill reps of 2 miles each (1 mile down, 1 mile up, ~500ft of climb). An hour out before it got dark.... :cool:
Plantation - Chew Res track, lower level Chew - easy run....Got the sunset, Wimberry stood out nicely against a clear darkening sky.....57:46mins
The gamble to bin yesterday's long run in favour of a race paid off as the weather was much better today.
23.4 miles in 3-18 deliberately keeping it slow until last 4 miles where I picked it up by about a minute a mile.
6 miles for me tonight ;)
10 miles over the fells yesterday and a very comfortable steady 7 road miles this evening, in fact for the first time in ageeees it felt like everything was working as it should :)
Only time for a short 20 min run tonight feeling knackered, not through running but through our Ofsted Inspection that's taking place.
