Its been a FAB day today. I even managed to fit a run in between working.

Took our Harry to watch the kids playing footie this mornig he is only 18 months old and kicks the ball great. Can't wait to see him playing in a team.

I got a wee bit lost and Ady had sabotaged my compass and put a 310 bearing in instead of 331 but I saw through his cunning plan and managed to find the right path :rolleyes: but yeah I'll sort out sending it to you when I err figure out how to do it! :o

last sighting i had of the wabbit was in uppermill at the cross keys relays at the start of this month:)

Well I wasn't really 'racing' more just pootling round given the long term injury based and complete lack of fitness time off!!

It will take a few weeks Emm but your very determined so thats the main thing.
You dont complete Ironmans and 50mile runs without determination. Just keep upping it a bit and it will return before you know it.
Your not slow you have been injured. Most people in the UK population cant and will never be able to achieve what you have these past couple of years. Dont forget that.

Swim done, pre school drop off/pick up mayhem now then the fizz then work! phew, feels like I've done a full day already :rolleyes:

Well glad I went for that swim as Imogen-Rose came out of school a funny colour and feeling sick as a dog and has taken herself off to bed :(

Means I can't go to the gym though and get my run done :mad:

(they usually go to a sports session on a tuesday night there)
