Evening Ady, How ya doing? good runnng terrain around the Clywdians.
I am into the road racing at the minute particulalry the 10k races. Will have to check when the next Clwyidian race is other than the FRA's
Gotta do the roads now the FR's are thinning out going into winter. Having a crack at a local 10K next weekend, ages since I did one.

I have seen a 35 prefix in the past and if I train hard enough it should be possible now but that's not my goal, you can get too focused on PB's every time you race unlike the fells (for me anyway).

60 on the bike today, 11 mile road run yesterday. Working 12 hour shifts next 7 days out of 8 so will have to squeeze in a few sessions where I can.

Nights are pretty good as I get up at 12 and get out at 2 for an hour or so but 12 hour days are tough because when you get home the last thing you want to do is go out for a run but you have to force yourself somtime if you need the training session.

Same here Saints Lad getting ready for some 10k's it been hectic with work for a week or two so training has been hard to fit in. Hopefully get some good running in over the weekend?
