great innit. With some lunch to look forward and maybe a pint a bit later, in the full knowledge that you've earned it.

operation baby nap time turbo - 40 mins yest, just under today (37 min) - watching the lights that indicate sound on the monitor :)
Excellent Ratfink :)
I only managed a heavy legged trip from the garage to work and from work back to the garage today... Mind, I was back from the garage within half an hour this afternoon, so I must have been feeling a tad unpleasant because I was going hard, rather than just feeling whacked... always hard to judge when you are in civvies and have no computer... Not sure why I always feel like going flatout when commuting, but I do...
Is it just me or is the combination of Campag Zonda wheels and Vittoria Open Pave tyres an absolute beast to get on? Worth persevering with though as they're by far the best tyre I've found for the roads round here.
2X20 mins at 350W on the turbo for me this evening.... new favourite self pain infliction song

Commute 28k. Bye that was bloody cold at 6.30am
Still thawing out.
I was cutting wood, no cycling today :( Had planned to go to the velodrome, but need to remove a huge stack of wood from my neighbours woodland, as he wants it cleared... I don't want to loose half a winters worth of free heat :)
Will be chopping and stacking tonight, then more chainsawing to do tomorrow morning and Friday... doesn't look like I will get any cycling in at all this week :-O
Double spin last night, finishing off with a hard-as-possible 20 minute effort, in my case 91-92% MHR ...
Froze into an icicle on the 3-mile ride home.
Still very chilly in the easterly breeze.
Good afternoon ride home just completed it in day light.
Another 28k in the tank.
50 mins 24.3km Zone 1-2 easy ride.... bloody hell it was cold!
