Firstly suspended for a month then dismissed for basically over doing personal emails and internet usage. Very harsh as I'd not even had a formal verbal waring prior to this. Appeal against decision has gone in but no date for it set so far. I have got another job as I can't afford to not have a reasonable amount of money coming in ....... it limits my racing options far too much ;) However I'm still awaiting a starting date at the moment.Quote:
