Tonight's headtorcher

Keswick to top of Dodd and back. No friends tonight, so just me and my MP3 player...

V cold blast around Staveley tonight. Snow added 10 mins to the route! Stunning night.

Cold on the tops tonight but chicken stew in the Lion made up for it. Waiting confirmation from Brett re distance and climb but my guess is 5mile / 600feet

I'm afraid you are miles out Derby.

5.4 miles and a whopping 709 feet of climb

Mine was a beautiful snowy 6 miles and 945 feet. I also bumped into wharfeego and a small running troupe of headtorchers, just as he was splitting off from their longer run, and trotted the last half mile back in Settle with him :)

Somebody else in the troupe said hello to me too but I couldn't work out who it was due to the head torch brightness - some proper head torches on display there ;)

Yes a good covering, especially higher up. Could be more tomorrow :)

Yeah just seen the forecast. Doesn't look great. Was hoping to test the fitness with a fastish 3 Peaks. Might postpone for a week.
