Spent ages on my wobble board trying to do something with my sore ankle, slapped a it of ice on it for a while and then thought about going for a gentle trot for a short while. After 5 mins on tarmac I thought a bit of fell might be good; just so long as I went slow and really concentrated. Before I knew it I was at the top of Weets. A few minor twinges from the ankle but generally it was feeling fine. Once I'd finished I iced it again and it feels much better. 52 mins
Steady away. Might be able to do the Rossendale on Saturday.:)
An hour and a bit nosing around Eyam moor area, compact but pleasant enough!!
Part of a new policy to not run in the same area twice in one off shift
