Hmmm, with the amount of snow we are having, I have two options: power work on the turbo tonight, or testing my MTB tyres in the snow... as the cloud is so low I can't actually see the hill right now, I reckon it will be turbo :(

BUT
Its brightening here now, the snow has stopped and I can bearly look out of the window due to the intense brightness.
A steady 3mile run at teatime but I will need sunglasses.
PS Last week we had a BBQ at this time in shorts and a vest.

ooh ooh - surprise tax rebate (2005/2006) came through - so i bought some swanky kysirium wheels :woot: - setting off for 2 weeks in france today in the van with the baby (eek and yay!) - heading down to provence!!
killer double spin last night: sprint intervals followed by anaerobic intervals.
Had real trouble gettign up of the sofa at 11pm when I went to bed ...

15 miles in exactly an hour. Not really been out on the bike in the past year, so that wasn't a bad start. Used the MTB today, might do the same route tomorrow on the roadie and see what the difference is.
