I podge up to 12 10 in the week, and register 12 8 after long runs
birthday weekend coming up though :w00t: - beer, chinese, not much running... size of whale on Monday no doubt :thunbdown:
Just had my hair cut quite a bit shorter... Must be worth a few oz :w00t:
Put on this week :( 2lb!!! due to discovering rice pudding lol tried it for first time eve last week, loved ate about 20 muller rice pots and 3-4 tins. Back on track this week, no rice puddings!!!!
I'm not getting enough running speed or endurance to have any effect so can only put down the slight weight loss on food consumption
