A third of a Minikin of Ilkley Black. Barely enough to wet the great man's whistle, but nice sat outside the Swan on a sunny school night

A much need restorative pint of NZPA at the Hawkshead Brewery after Kentmere. Bursting with hop flavour and a decent malty backbone. I certainly felt the effects of it's 6%, in the passenger seat, on the way home.
A fine Ilkley Black with homemade pizza last night.
A pint of superb Theakston Old Peculiar "From The Wood" followed by a Moorhouse Black Witch. In The Craven Arms, Appletreewick, prior to tackling Simons Seat for a wild camp. A fantastic evening !
Couple of jars of Hawkshead New Zealand Pale last night, one of my favourite drops, dangerously easy to drink at 6% though :p
Ilkley Black
An always excellent Jaipur and a rather obtusely named Hippocrates' Purge, brewed with elderflower and honey. I could only taste the elderflower but it was pretty good nonetheless. Both from the fantastic Packhorse Inn, Little Longstone, a few hundred metres from Monsal Head. Well worth a vist, the food was great too.
Good pub
a passable pint of Leeds Best (Old Ball, Horsforth)
and an excellent bottle of Smuttynose Finestkind IPA; rich malty base, plenty of hop aroma and a lip smacking bitterness. (Harrogate fine wine shop)
I'm pretty much fuelling on Wharfe Bank Tether Blond these days, nice pint, better than John Smiths.

Beer Engine in Skipton tonight. Only had a swift pint of Raw Brewery Amarillo but both pub and beer excellent and highly recommended
a couple of bottles of BrewFist Burocracy . an excellent IPA and B.O.G.O.F in Beerritz at the moment, as is their Heimdall saison.

both delicious in very different ways.
(a mouthful of Atom - Dark Alchemy. Brewed without hops apparently. a little sweet and very malty, as you'd expect. My friend likened it to Mathers Black Beer: but more betterer)
