man flu. :(:(:(
I am so full of Gorse. My legs are cut to bits! My mate told me about "a really good track" that would take me up to the top of my second favourite hill. I told him there was no track, but he was certain. Half way up the track dissapeared and i was too stubborn to turn back! It was dark by the time i hit the top, glad i had a head torch. It was great fun!
Just back from a 7 mile off road run, to help the man flu obviously.
Legs also shredded blood all over the place and got caught on some wire sticking out of a stile post, gashed my thigh and ripped my new shorts  Bloody big hole in them now - not a happy bunny.
Great run though - got very muddy and need to go and thaw out the feet that I should be able to feel at the bottom of my legs
