Not a good couple of weeks for me, long hours at work getting in the way of eating & training properly. 12st5 but body fat up too, 19%.
(That's 173lbs)
Thats all very interesting but we couldn't give a chuff about today's weight; its tomorrow's that counts :mad:. And thanks once again for your fancy body fat computations.... which I have to say take the interestingness of your update to unbelieveable levels of extreme interestingness :)

This morning's weight is probably more than last week's weight - had a weekend filled with retoxing :rolleyes:
Will have to starve myself today in readiness for tomorrow's weigh in.
I've a serious slip up to which I need to confess :o
Three plates of incredibly rich Punjabi curry, which seemed to be made up largely of double cream, two bottles of Kingfisher and two garlic naan breads. Err, and a large slice of Black Forest gateaux
DT! That is a serious slip up! I hope you are doing some big runs to compensate.

Steady at 11st flat now, 10st 10 after my 14miler yesterday but seem to have pigged out since ;) See what tomorrow brings
