By the way, what shoes do we wear on a cyclocross bike? My MTB shoes have carbon fibre soles and are very stiff. Surely something with a little flex would be better for cyclocross?

yup.... well not free free we paid a fixed fee for a meal and then all you can drink....lets hope they don't run out - I doubt they've been forewarned about this lot! :rolleyes:

it's not real prison Al, I work for the BBC and have been sent to a BBC training school where I have been for 6 weeks learning about electronics in great depth!

Feels much like prison as it's in the middle of nowhere and we spend 24 hours a day cooped up in the same place :eek: it's hard work, but worth it, because now i am even more geeky
