Still at 183 pounds. I've been away from home living off much richer food than normal for the last week and not been able to train properly so guess that isn't too bad

12 st 8 (176 pounds) this morning so 4 down since the last weigh in. Not really been dieting as such but cutting down a bit on rubbish food and booze and increased training seems to have had an effect.

188 (187.5 to be exact). 10lbs down and five to go!

I'm proving that despite being injured (ran a grand total of 12 miles + 2 gym + 3 walks in Jan) I can lose weight by cutting down a lot on the crap and general dietary improvement - now just need to lose it around the stomach!!

198 --> 200 --> 202lbs... I can see a trend here.:rolleyes: In my defense I am clearly gaining muscle and certainly feeling fitter and stronger.:D
