You've got me dreaming about the race now Emmi
seems like a good excuse to me Grit wish I'd thought of it!!!!
Typical, I now have a streaming cold. On the positive side it will force to cut back on running over the next couple of days but on the negative it'll add a touch of spice (and snot  ) to the actual run on Saturday!
Edit: Weather forecast looking good :) http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/5day.shtml?id=1387
I'll be enjoying my picnic at Sty Head tarn on Saturday in the sunshine, i've been instructed to take pics of certain coloured vests, but i'll get as many of you as possible :)
Also dreamt that there was a second bridge at the first right turn after the start so was faced with my first route choice dilema before I'd even left the village. The weather was good in my dream :)
You could carry 'Jif' lemons to save on weight:D
