Oh dear. I did that at the Bronte Way race a few years back. Where wuz you on the Stirton route / not too far from the finish I hope.

we were getting to the top of the grassy hill i think, then i jogged very slowly back to the start when i felt the calf cramping :o

Sharpaw. Used to run up there during school x-country. You would have had to go up it a second time had you not become injured.
