well it was -4 according to the car on the way home. Was meant to be going to the club tonight but its freezing(see above) there is still lots of snow on the pavement and I think I've still got man flu :(:mad:

Might sit on the turbo for an hour if theres nowt on the box:D

and jeez Saintsy you ran to work this morning....thats mightly impressive, yet also equally mad

Not too bad.

Struggled at the gym tonight - I can tell ive not been running lately. The rowing machine nearly killed me! :(

Missing the running at the min. I take my students to the Multigym wed afternoon so may have a light effort on the bike if my ankle feels up to it.

Morning all.....hey hey its hump along day :D

And how warm is it?? Well here anyway. Left the house this morning and it felt like spring.... A whopping 1.5 degs above freezing...amazing how your body adjusts eh.
Just hope all this bloody snow will melt now and I can get out on the bike :(

:Dyeah started rain / snowing here as well.

can't believe I'm saying this but I want it to warm up and rain :eek: so sick of being cold and this snow on the pavements and road is messing up my training :(

But yay half way thru the half way day.

yeah sunday night, about 2cm's Not sure its enough to make a snow man though. Most of it still about which is annoying as it still on the pavements and the back roads and means I cant go out cycling :(

I'll see if I can gather enough snow together tonight and post a pic.

I managed to make one before christmas when I ran / froze at the top of snowdon but it wasn't much bigger than a tangerine on top of an orange:eek:

There you go Hills, from the top of snowdon.It wasnt very good but I was literally hanging on as it was a little windy, about 40mph oh and a little cold :eek:
