4hrs squirming about on the cross bike for me
110km club ride through the usual lovely countryside. Witnessed some truly horrendous driving, even worse than usual.
Raced the closing 15km or so with 4 or 5 others, really tore it up. Feeling that now though ...:o
yesterday i did a quick 60 odd km round the peak - lovely sunny and dry but a bit chilly
saturday - i did a hill climb TT on mam nick and was first lady! :-D

Normal 40odd km, 450m climbing commuting round trip, made remarkably as today was the first day I've needed tights and lights... Bye summer!
