Erm.....it is possible to include ED in a pretty stonking route from Radnorshire to Llandovery, that does open up the possibility of a slightly extended jaunt. It will be discussed at HQ tomorrow;)

A jaunt over the ED is planned for this Sunday, already looking forward to it, as I am very unfit :cool::eek:

Spirit is willing but flesh very weak :(. Barely seen the fresh air since the New Year and about 2 long runs since June last year (and no short ones either :o). Ummmmm, and bike is sitting in shed with two flat tires and not even been sat on for 18 months.
