do you have to bee a serten age
I was late-ish getting my entry off, so I'm hoping I'm in.
I'll beat you for last if I am as I'm really not on form at the minute!
Would be great if we could get an entry list up to confirm if I'm in.
Assuming you sent the entry to the correct address and you have not heard anything then your entry has probably been accepted.
What a fantastic race the Half Tour of Pendle is!! :)
Many thanks to the organisers and marshalls, top job well done.
There was a really good turn out, and the conditions were perfect up there today, still some bits of snow up on top, but nothing to worry about.
Had a brilliant run myself, except for sticking to the wall after CP1 when everyone else took a higher line, lost quite a few places, but clawed them back in a beast of 2nd half :)
Ian Holmes took the win by a long way apparently, and 2nd was P&B runner.
Had a much more enjoyable race than last week. Half Tour of Pendle > Noon Stone
I felt fairly OK considering my lack of races and training. Looked at 2008 results which was the last time I did it and I was 12 seconds slower this year with a 1:23:38. Hope I can continue my injury free streak and start climbing the placings ladder. Loads of people out on the course today, conditions were very good although the icy moor from CP1 was not up my street. I got a good line down Geronimo and gained 6 places of which 2 took them back on the way to the finish.
Good value grub in the village hall! Thanks to all the helpers, marshals and organizers for laying on this years race.
