Im i alone in saying that when your running down a dark country lane, field or fell....i feel so paranoid that someone is following me, or that if i hear a noice i spin round to see what it is......haha.....im starting to get used to it now though.....

Off for one tonight and I'm shivering already..... and I'm indoors at the minute.

Wasn't too bad after all, though a fair chunk of the dark section of my run has an element of background light that said it was probably easier to see where I was going on the darker sections !! Having said that hardest thing as far as seeing where I was going was my breath doing a good impression of mist across my face.

Won't you get a lot more movement and therefore see less of where you're going like that ?
