Good luck to all tomorrow
Oh ****. Im a day out its all this revision.. Well good luck to you all i hope to see you safe but probably a few stone lighter and walking like youve shit yourself
I'll be landing at the campsite on Saturday morning about 9:30am and lodging Saturday night at Clarky's tent!
Off early Sunday, as our Juniors have a track fixture at Liverpool, but want to see the gig at the pub and have a few beers!
Get to meet one or two of you guys.
You can spot me from the Avatar, so make sure you introduce yourselves.
I cannot see "The Dumptruck" that is Amex getting around Duddon so I assume he as a slightly different physique:confused:
Hey well youll be walking like youve had a wrecking ball up the crack then.:D
You doing the long or short merry.
You look like one judging by your avatar
The short is for the Track Fairies.
Or the athlete that is to young for the long:D
Oh well, Pete Bland it is then, weather looks a good un for Duddon:)

Can you not draw it free-hand?
The short actually looks quite good fun, and of course you get to the pub quicker!
Looking like the weather may be as good as last year, so I hope you all have as good a time (and watch your heads on the stone wall on the way out :o)
Have a good day tomorrow folks - had this 1 down on my to do list for this year but will have to wait 12 months. Won't even be able to manage to get up to watch your endeavour's.
And Anny Waltz. Nope, Amex will have no problems. Have to see how the Blackburn Track Fairies do :p
Correct me if I'm wrong, but Amex's avatar is "The Dump Truck" - Konishiki!
I was explaining that for those who do not know me, you can ID me from the Avatar.
What I am alluding to is that Amex cannot look like his Avatar and I do not know what he looks like!
So I have no chance to spot him.
Clearly not a 35 stone Sumo from Samoa.
ML helped by advising me to watch out for the flourescent green pony vests.
So no offense meant Amex / FM - merely an attempt to ID what you really looked like as I don't know you.;)
Same with pudgy. Hes so wide that he takes up the front row at most fell races. And his tent 4 man but with 3 its cosy:p
The Dump Truck is a light weight next to me! :D :D WP i am not arsed
You have given me all the extra incentive i need now xxx although you do know i am gay and men from Blackburn really do it for me, how about we have a brandy sat night and talk about things xxx
I feel very sorry for all of you at Duddon in this heat!
Merrylegs might get his first win if everyone else collapses in the heat.
Al,
No need to feel sorry for me (on the short course) - it was hot but not that hot. My tan's looking good now, despite me being away from the sunlight down Gaping Gill on Thursday.
Ouch, that hurt even though I took it much easier than last year. Wasnt good for us sweaty folk, damn those cramps.
Excellent atmosphere afterwards on the field, glorious sunshiny people.
Hope Amex is ok... I heard he hid behind a rock, is this true?
That was hard and definitely too hot for me !
"Little" Stand, I don't think I would like to meet "Big" Stand
First time I have done it. Its a great setting for
a fell race and (apart from the pain) I had a very
enjoyable day there.
Thanks to all the organisers and especially the marshalls
who carried some water up to the checkpoints with them  as I was
running on empty for a time. Oh and all those kind people
round the course offering food as well :D
