daleside what races have you looked at, theres loads coming up, ideal for you
please do not stop running, theres not enough smiley faces like yours at races as it is.
you dont realise how well you ran at white holme fell race , i was very impressed with that run in those conditions.

if if err daleside doesnt come back i will personally drive up to the house and knock on the door and ask her if she would like to go for a run:)
plenty of jobs i can visit up there
