7m/1000 ft climb with headtorch. Farmers are putting a lot of barbed wire up at the moment so I had to alter my route slightly. Definitely feeling stronger now than last week so effects of recent bug have hopefully gone:D:D:D

11 miles on the road tonight including some bloody tough hill work as part of our club training session.
4m run to work, only 6 hours of honest graft today, then 11.5m home, flattish 8m then the last 3.5m with a 1000ft of climb, bit knackered now and struggling with motivation at the moment, but will have clocked 40m this week after leg 2 of the Pennine Bridleway relay on Sunday so something to build on. Mizuno's Wave Acsend 3's are well comfy:cool:
