15miles or so this morning from Crosshills including visits to Pinhaw and Cowling Pinnacle. Anyone thinking of running up Pinhaw from Lothersdale in next few days ;) had best watch out as there are one or two bog monsters growing nicely :eek:
5.8 miles in 44 minutes this afternoon, only managed 2k in 45 minutes this morning ............... I was swimming though :p
Very easy 4miles mainly fields and canal tow paths this morning.
Legs loosened and chest cleared hopefully ready for Leg 3 PBW relay tommorrow, for Preston Harriers mixed team:)
40 mins on turbo steady inc' 3 x 3mins of 2 mins recovery
Mickledon straddle tomorrow
As I'm now in for Draycote Water '35' in three weeks, I did just over 4 hours earlier (27.25 miles) and will try to do 2 hours or so in the morning.
monday 1 hour gentle pace running.
tuesday 90 minutes normal pace running
wednesday 60 minutes( i think) hill training with a headtorch with keighley &craven...
thursday 40 minutes fartlek session..
friday Rest.
saturday 12 miles gentle running, 1 hour in gym 20 minutes in a sauna..:D
total mileage don't have a clue.. :p
