Sherwood pines race 10k today which I am so going to fail at cuz to say I am crap at running normally, right now I have gone so far backwards the thought of WALKING 10k scares me :o not to mention having a very very sore throat, possibly an onset of a cold :confused: and why oh why did the girls persuade me to have that extra glass of wine last night... not set myself up too well really have I?

Ah well, its all fine, at least xrunner will be proud of me for being up early :D
