i got erythromycin - they are a scary red colour!
i fear we may be diminishing people's psyche with our illness woes - come on everyone - i want you to do my training by proxy, so i can vicariously enjoy the snow, as such i want to hear about more sledging hill reps and snowball fight circuit training.

4 miles on towpaths , trails , in snow innov8 goretex were excellent
No cycling today given the snow this morning so I decided upon a rehabilitation walk/run to see how my soleus strain would be. I have had physio on it and have been doing specific stretches and it felt OK so I gave it a whirl and all seems fine. Will try a couple of shortish road runs over the next couple of days and if no niggles then I will pressume fixed :)

Had to wear studs as there is still lots of snow about.
I still feel like my legs are dead, no spring in the step and really struggleing on the hills but on the plus side I didn't stop once. a step in the right direction excuse the pun
Took my running club out in the snowy woods at lunchtime.
Got some ace photos of them in their luminous jackets (and matching leg warmers for some) against the snow and the trees.
8k up to Top of Pike and back.....some good snow drifts to negotiate on the way.

1 Slow walk up lane with blind knackered dog - that should just be enough for Rombalds
