Theres was quite an interesting fit outside my house just now.

Theres a social club just up the road and two lads my ages seem to not be best friends at the minute, everyone is still shouting and screaming but i think its settled - for now.

Yes wish I had run now. I passed you jogging along the road towards the start about 1.30 but had to much traffic behind me to stop on route to the top of the quarry.

A lot found it tough going today great for the spectator though.

I've just seen Elizabeth Berkley from Saved by the Bell, in a film on BBC1 - Student Seduction - playing a teacher!!:eek::eek:

I hasten to add, it's only on cos I had that legal thing with Glenn Close and Ted Danson in. Honest.

Oh and unsurprisingly, 10 minutes in, it looks pants!!

Got almost 800 on now only another 400+ to do. Got some of Marshallini and Ady uploaded tonight.

May do High Cup Nick on the 28th? Gonna enter the Dunham Massey 5K's never raced in a 5K race got my forms filled in ready to send.

think ive always entered on the day for dunham massey but get it sent in then you know for sure;)

I did the first of the two Dunham Massey 5ks last year and they were turning people away on the night. The second one was sold out in advance (I think).

It would be wise to get your entries in early this year.

It's a nice race, the course is a sort of triangle and you run a bit less than two and third laps of it, first side is uphill, the second side along the top is on grass, the third side is down hill, neither hills are bad but you do finish on the uphill.

Great run by Mo Farah, 7:34:47 new British 3K indoor record. 6 Weeks training in Kenya seems to have paid off.

I am on a first aid course this week :cool: learnnig how to do the recovery position and save lives and all that malarky :D
