I asked a policeman that once, he said the copper has to have got up at the wrong side of the bed that morning, its the same with speeding on a bike.....

After twisting my ankle last week, i have been careful not to run, not even for the bus, but today i did an hour of walk and run and exercises.

12 snowy miles with matthunt today.tough but good.;);)

Hour or so this afternoon with my girlfriend on local paths and tracks from home. Felt mild after recent cold weather :)
