Meeting today seemed to go well, another meeting on tuesday, all my workmates are backing me up including a senior manager, looking like i've been stabbed in the back on the assessments............dragging on a bit now!!!!

Better now I've cut down on the booze and started running again! Got a LONG way to go before I'm back to where I was last year. Going to do Bull Hill as my first ever fell race. Target time ~45 mins but I need to shed 2 stone in the process!!

merry you certainly seem to have a positive outlook anyway :) best way to be.
