great 4 hours out Saturday in bowland, up parlick, then to paddys pole, dropped down to holme farm, up over to langdale castle ruin, then over wolf fell, back to to parlick and down, 23 Km. Conditions windy and cold, but i was a happy chappy:D

Knee's being temperamental again. So just the weights this morning.:(
5.75 Undulating trail run. Felt super crap. Hopefully a longish meander on Pendle on Wednesday may prove more fruitfull. Feel better now though........

10 miles over the fields. Last few miles along the canal towpath in the pitch black! If I wasn't such a fat slow knacker I'd have been back in daylight!
5.5 mile on Road last night including 20 mins sustained pace/effort
10 x 1 min hard reps on turbo today inc WU/CD short hill rep simulation...no jarring on the legs :D
30k on the stationary bike....does that mean bump and I can have extra pancakes tonight! ;)
