Sun is shining, just had my hair done, off shopping...although on a bad note I just lent forward and that muscle in my arse went 'twang' :eek: is that bad? :( it hurts now.

I've hurt my butt :( I'm sure there is a proper technical term for a pulled glute but that's just what it is and it really hurts and I've to sit in a car driving soon for 4 hours and I'm feeling sorry for myself and needs lots of sympathy and and and :rolleyes:
