I finally shifted another 1lb, scaling 12st 7 after getting back from Mickleden Straddle yesterday http://www.runnersworld.co.uk/forum/.../thumbs_up.gif
so I celebrated with chicken korma and chips (none of this namby-pamby rice malarkey) and 2 cans of lager http://www.runnersworld.co.uk/forum/...out_smiley.gif
I'm not sure what all that curry and chips has done to my weight. I lost 2 lbs the morning after weigh in day but now I'm afraid to get on the scales! I've just done 20 sets of stairs (five extra over the plan as I lost control over the excitement of getting 5 contracts out to tender this morning and celebrated by wolfing down a mars!!!)
OHW please could you send fat cat down to me? He looks rather huggy! :closed:
I brought two pairs of tights and no top one day last week and had to resort to running up and down the office stairs in my sports bra! :eek: Not quite as drastic as forgetting the whole kit though.

I realised after I posted this morning that I am off work tomorrow, so no excuse not to go for a run. Can't even use my girl flu as an excuse as it has nearly gone now.
Lost 2lbs since I started and not drunk a drop of alcohol for 16 days which is probably the longest since I was 15/16 I reckon. 181lbs now so a fair way to go!
:thumbup: Well done TheHeathens. I am hoping not drinking is helping me too. Didn't drink for most of January and since then I have had only about 3 nights where I have had a drink. Didn't drink a drop all weekend this week - it helped that I was working Sunday.... Same won't be said of this weekend - party Saturday, then going away for 2 nights :w00t:
